What is your return policy?

Here at Drumco Mfg., we are all about customer service and feel that our return policy reflects that.  We have all purchased a product that doesn’t perform as expected or is incompatible with your needs. It’s because of this, that we allow you to return or exchange stock items if you are not completely satisfied with the product, if it is within 30 days of the purchase. We do not accept returns on any custom builds, custom cut materials, cut to size materials, special orders, or built to order products. 

Please be aware of the following requirements: 

  • Returns are not accepted on any special order items, built to order items, or cut lengths of material. 

  • Products must be in original packaging with all original packaging materials. 

  • All Items must be in brand new, mint condition, for resale purposes. 

  • All shipping and handling fees, are non refundable. 

  • Return shipping is prepaid by customer unless item arrives incorrect from approved project submittal drawing/form, or damaged due to an error on our end. 

  • We must receive said returned item within 14 days of receiving an approved notification of your intent to return. 

  • You must follow the below return process and receive an Authorized Return Number in order to receive credit for a return. 

Return Process: 

  • First and foremost, please confirm that your item is returnable.  

  • Since most units are custom and the size and color vary greatly, almost every one of our built to order storage units are not returnable unless built incorrectly. 

  • Fill out the "Authorized Return Form" below and submit it for approval. 

  • We require that you ship the merchandise back in it's original packaging, this can be from your nearest shipping store/post office. 

  • You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
